Joining

PickleSphere is run by i G Education Limited, United Kingdom. You must meet the minimum age for your country (13 or more) and, where your country requires it, have a parent or guardian’s consent. Give accurate details, keep your password safe and don’t share your account. Our privacy policy explains how we use your data.

What you can’t post or do

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive members. You must not post, send or sell anything that:

• harasses, bullies, threatens or encourages harm to anyone, or is hate speech;
• is sexually explicit, or sexualises anyone under 18 in any way;
• shows or promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism or illegal activity;
• shares other people’s private information or images without permission;
• is spam, a scam, impersonation, or infringes someone else’s copyright or trademarks.

Use the ⋯ menu to report posts, messages and listings, and block anyone you don’t want to hear from. We review reports promptly, remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or delete the accounts responsible.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a licence to store, show and share it on PickleSphere according to your settings, for as long as it’s on the service. You’re responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

Pickle Market

Sellers must be 18 or over and may only list items they own and may legally sell (no weapons, drugs, alcohol, tobacco, live animals, counterfeits or adult content). Sales are between buyer and seller; PickleSphere isn’t a party to them and doesn’t handle payment or delivery.

XP, badges and the daily wheel

XP, tiers, badges and wheel prizes are free rewards with no cash value. They can’t be bought, sold or exchanged, and we may adjust them to keep things fair.

Paid features

Ad-Free renews monthly until you cancel; cancelling stops future payments and the plan ends at the end of the paid period. Business ad campaigns are one-off payments for a number of impressions. Ads must be honest, legal and safe, and we may reject or stop ads that aren’t. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.

The legal bit

PickleSphere is provided as it is. We don’t exclude liability where the law doesn’t allow it (for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud), but otherwise we’re not liable for indirect losses or for content posted by members. We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Contact: info@igeducationlimited.com.
