Delete your account

In the app or on the website

• Sign in and open Settings → Account.
• Tap Delete my account, type your @handle to confirm and tap Delete my account forever.
• If you have an Ad-Free subscription, cancel it from “Manage billing” first so you aren’t charged again.

Can’t sign in?

Email info@igeducationlimited.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account” and your @handle. We’ll confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Straight away and permanently: your login, profile, photos and videos, posts, reposts, stories, comments, likes, bookmarks, follows, direct messages you sent, Pickle Market listings, XP, badges, notifications and settings.

What we may keep

A copy of anything that was reported to our moderators and records of moderation decisions (for community safety), payment records (for accounting and tax, normally up to 6 years), and security and activity logs. Messages other members sent you stay in their own chats.
